Morgan Anderson

NTPI Fellow with over 24 years of tax debt resolution experience

Over the last 24 years, my career has been firmly planted in a funky little corner of the tax world: solving past-due taxes owed to the IRS or any of our 50 state’s tax agencies for individuals and businesses who owe past-due income, sales, or payroll taxes.

During my tenure, I have created a mental image of most clients who have found their way to my office: they are scared, feel hopeless, and don’t have any idea where to turn for answers. They have become paralyzed with fear over the great unknown when it comes to the tax agencies and the debt that is owed. They have images of a 1950s-esque IRS agent with a fedora, an overcoat, and a gun knocking on their door to claim their firstborn child and the vehicle sitting in the driveway. The IRS and states have done a great job creating this fear as it “inspires” the masses to comply.

I want to reach each and every taxpayer out there with past-due tax debt (along with their trusted CPAs, accountants, and bookkeepers) to give them the confidence that there is ALWAYS a solution…they just have to start putting one foot in front of the other. They have to stand up, say “Enough is enough,” and take control over the situation. There’s nothing to fear when it comes to a tax debt except for the consequences of their inaction.

It doesn’t matter if they have a business with $350,000 in past-due payroll taxes or if they are an individual with $10,000 of income tax owed. There’s ALWAYS a solution, and I want to share my insight so they can see how that can be!
