As a trademark attorney with over a decade of experience specializing in intellectual property (IP) law and, more recently, artificial intelligence (AI), I bring a unique perspective to the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. My work focuses on helping businesses—from startups to industry leaders—navigate the complex legal landscape of IP and AI. Whether it’s protecting AI-generated innovations, addressing trademark challenges in an algorithm-driven world, or exploring the ethical implications of AI in creativity, I’ve dedicated my career to making these intricate topics accessible and actionable for non-legal audiences.

What sets me apart is my ability to translate technical and legal jargon into engaging, practical insights that resonate with entrepreneurs, tech enthusiasts, and creative professionals alike. I’ve built a career on bridging the gap between law and innovation, founding my own AI legal startup (which is already generating revenue and rave reviews) and running one of the oldest trademark law firms in the UK (TMOA). My work has been recognized with awards, and I’ve been requested to submit content for prominent periodicals.

On podcasts, I love diving into thought-provoking topics like:

The legal implications of AI-generated content: Who owns the rights to works created by AI, and how can businesses protect their interests?
Trademark challenges in the AI industry: How do you safeguard a brand in a space dominated by algorithms and automation?
Prompt Engineering in the legal field: How can AI tools like ChatGPT revolutionize legal workflows and innovation?
The future of IP law: What’s next for trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets as AI continues to disrupt industries?
I’ve also spent years teaching IP law as a guest lecturer at the University of Rouen, working with graduate students to explore the evolving role of AI in the legal landscape. With a Juris Doctorate in common law, a Bachelor of Civil Law, and registration as a trademark attorney in the UK and EU, I bring both academic rigor and real-world expertise to every conversation.

What podcast hosts and their audiences will gain from my insights is a deeper understanding of how to future-proof their businesses and creative endeavors in the AI era. Whether your listeners are entrepreneurs looking to protect their brands, tech enthusiasts curious about the legal side of AI, or legal professionals seeking to stay ahead of the curve, I provide a blend of storytelling, practical advice, and actionable strategies.

I’d love to bring this perspective to your podcast and help your audience navigate the exciting—and sometimes daunting—world of AI and IP. Let’s discuss how I can add value to your listeners!
